The Workshop Job
This job involved restoring a weathered headlight lens rather than replacing the complete lamp assembly. The process removes the deteriorated outer material, refines the surface and then protects the restored lens.

Yellowing / cloudy lens condition.
Workshop Focus
Surface oxidation, controlled refinement, polishing and final UV-protective coating.
What We Looked At
The lens is cleaned and masked, the damaged outer surface is removed in controlled stages, progressively refined, machine-polished and then protected with GYEON ceramic protection as the final stage.
Workshop takeaway
Polishing alone restores clarity but does not replace the UV protection removed during restoration. The final protective coating is part of the process.
Why This Matters for Similar Vans
Cloudy headlights can reduce appearance and light output. A controlled restoration can be a practical alternative to replacement when the lens itself is otherwise suitable.
