One of the biggest misconceptions we see is customers assuming every warning light means a major repair.
In reality, many faults begin as relatively minor issues. The important part is diagnosing them early — before they develop into something more expensive.
A customer recently booked their van in because of a slight coolant smell. The vehicle was still driving normally, but during inspection we found a small leak from the water pump. Repairing it during a scheduled visit prevented what could have become an overheating breakdown a few weeks later.
